Flying Kiwi Inns is offering positions for both a Commis Chef and Sous Chef at our newest establishment, The White Hart, Hingham. This is a chance to work under an award-winning Head Chef using the best local and seasonal produce, in a popular Restaurant close to the city of Norwich.

Commis Chef
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious person who is passionate about food and can work a variety of shifts. Some previous experience essential although on-going training is provided. Duties include assisting the chef in the preparation and cooking of food, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and all related tasks. Working closely with a small dedicated team you will need to be hard working, reliable and able to work under pressure.
Meets National Minimum Wage + Tips

Sous Chef
As Sous Chef you will need to be able to support the Head chef in all areas of managing the team. We are looking for a Sous Chef who can add strength to the team, bring experience and passion for food and consistently high standards. Duties will include menu dish development with the Head Chef, preparation and cooking of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, and all related tasks. This is an excellent career development opportunity, with a future possibility of progression within the company for the right candidate
